1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Bad Vices Games (“Licensor”) regarding the use of the video game Ravenous Devils (“Game”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Game.

2. Grant of License



The Licensor grants the User a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.


This EULA does not grant the User any ownership rights in the Game. The Game is licensed, not sold.



3. Restrictions

The User shall not, and shall not permit others to:



Copy, distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game;


Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except where expressly permitted by law;


Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the Licensor;


Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or technical protection measures of the Game.



4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to software code, graphics, artwork, audio, music, narrative, and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Bad Vices Games.
This EULA does not grant the User any rights to such intellectual property, except as expressly set forth herein.

5. Updates and Modifications

The Licensor reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game, or to restrict access to certain features, at any time without prior notice.
Such updates may be required for continued use of the Game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind.
The Licensor does not guarantee that the Game will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions, nor that it will meet the User’s expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bad Vices Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated.
It will automatically terminate if the User fails to comply with any provision of this EULA.
Upon termination, the User must immediately uninstall and cease all use of the Game.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macerata, Italy.
